So, it's been splashed all over the media that Kristen Stewart cheated on her BF with the - married! - SWATH director Rupert Sanders. And the result is? Universal dropped Kristen Stewart from the SWATH sequel but Sanders might still direct it! Source. And not just that, Universal broke all ties with Stewart but just bought another stuff for Sanders to direct, the book "90 Church", as Deadline reports (sorry, LJ doesn't allow linking to Deadline's articles)!

Are they for real?! As actors like Sophia Bush and Clark Gregg posted on Twitter, this stinks of double standards and misogyny to the high heaven! So, a woman and a man cheat on their partners and the woman loses her job and the man not only keeps it but gets a reward? What the fuckity fuck! I hate, hate, HATE cheaters but this is taking it a dozens steps too far! Convicted felons get hired in Hollywood and Kristen Stewart is dropped because she cheated on her BF?! I didn't see anyone dropping Brad Pitt or Johnny Depp over the same thing and their latest movies earned less than Stewart's! I'm literally seeing red now.

Now they want to turn the sequel into a spin-off, focusing on the Huntsman. I did like Chris Hemsworth in that part but for me, the movie was so good because of BOTH, Snow and the Huntsman! They were amazing in their roles - which I couldn't say about the directing because one of the movie's problems was the pacing. And instead of fixing that by hiring a new director, they drop the movie's star... My excitement for the sequel-now-spin-off dropped to a minimum.

Yesterday, a new international Looper trailer popped up on the net:

\o/ Seriously \o/ And the early reviews (from last year!) are excellent: source. Like...

This is the clever central conflict of LOOPER: two versions of the same man – separated by thirty years – at odds with himself over his future. It’s a rather heady quandary, but it’s examined in the mainstream-skewing framework of a crackerjack sci-fi/action flick that recalls the genre-blending daring of the ’70s and ’80s. And it’s not just a time travel movie. Just when LOOPER seems to be settling into one type of film, it veers off in another direction, then settles down again, then goes absolutely bonkers without sacrificing clarity of story or theme. This is masterful filmmaking – a stirring reminder that genre entertainment can be both smart and accessible.

I can't wait to see it! I hope this will be as good as Inception with its mind-bending sci-fi! Have I already mentioned just how much I love JGL for sticking with the sci-fi genre?

"Je Te Veux" by toomuchplor, read by penny | AU | Arthur/Eames | Part of the Steinway!verse. The story of ‘happily ever after.’ | 45min.

Eames loves Arthur very much. He loves Arthur to the moon and back, he loves him like meat loves salt, he’ll love him forever and always, and for as long as Eames is living.

But all this love aside, Eames can never quite resist teasing Arthur when the opportunity presents itself.

Aww... This is the happy ending that every story - and especially a long one - deserves.

YAY! I already planned to watch Arrow - I think it might end up being the only new show I pick up, I lost interest in everything else - and this pretty much sealed the deal for me!

According to EW.com, John Barrowman joined Arrow in a recurring role as a "'well-dressed man' who is 'as mysterious as he is wealthy … he is an acquaintance of the Queen family and a prominent figure in Starling City.'" Source. How awesome is that? \o/

And now Deadline reports that Universal's NOT dropping Kristen Stewart after all. Universal's official statement says: "We are extremely proud of Snow White And The Huntsman and we’re currently exploring all options to continue the franchise. Any reports that Kristen Stewart has been dropped are false." Huh.

Was it all a stunt to test the waters and see what would happen if they did drop her? And because it all went downhill and made them look like misogynist pricks, they backtracked and now they say nothing like that has ever been said or even suggested? Did the reports get it wrong or is Universal trying to save its own butt?

*hands* I really don't care either way. I just want a sequel, NOT a spin-off, with Snow and Huntsman being totally awesome together, her as the queen and him as her bodyguard/confidant. Because that would rock like whoa! Can't Hollywood just make movies and get rid of the personal, real life drama? I know that some people enjoy it but I don't. I don't care much about the personal life of actors, I just want them to make good movies!
