katikatYAY! I already planned to watch Arrow - I think it might end up being the only new show I pick up, I lost interest in everything else - and this pretty much sealed the deal for me!
According to EW.com, John Barrowman joined Arrow in a recurring role as a "'well-dressed man' who is 'as mysterious as he is wealthy … he is an acquaintance of the Queen family and a prominent figure in Starling City.'" Source. How awesome is that? \o/
