Fringe won the People's Choice Award for best sci-fi/fantasy show! Congratulations, Fringe!

I mean, I would've LOVED to see Supernatural receive this award again, but they already have one AND they won the TVGuide.com contest which is more of a promo than this award, TBH. AND Fringe fans are fighting for the show's survival and even though SPN will always come first for me, I do like Olivia, Peter and Walter, so... All's good :)

So, again, congratulations!

I'll do one better - my favorite Sheppard/McKay vid: Men of Devotion. This vid is so... them! I LOL every time I watch it :P

"Isolation" by laughter_now | Kirk/McCoy | H/c, schmoop | Life aboard a starship was busy, he understood that everyone had better things to do than to come by and watch him die a slow and painful death. But was it really so much to ask that someone occasionally walked by the window separating his ward from the rest of Medical? Just to give him a quick wave or something? | 5.700 words

"Apparently, since you were infected, there was – and I quote - a heightened risk of me infecting myself through prolonged physical contact, let alone the exchange of body fluids. Which translated into the more sex we had, the more likely it was that I had infected myself, and he insisted that I told him an exact number."

Which, Leonard had to admit, was a medically sound inquiry, whether they liked it or not.

"What did you do?"

Again, Jim shrugged. "I told him the truth, what else should I have done?" He chuckled to himself as he filled the spoon again. "And then I told him that no, I wasn't exaggerating, and now I think he's maybe a little envious."

This is basically schmoop pure, just what the doctor ordered ;)

"Plays Well With Others" by atimi, read by chemm80 | Jared/Jensen | AU, humor | In which Jared runs team-building workshops, Jensen loathes team-building workshops, and Misha is indifferent to team-building workshops but quite likes livestock. | 8.200 words/47 min.

Misha's hand went up and Jared looked over at him as he asked, more challenging than curious, "What's the plastic thing on the end of shoelaces called?"

"You mean an aglet?"

Misha nodded serenely and bowed his head. "Well played, Sir."

Jared opened his mouth but then decided not to question it any further.

This is just crack pure. I especially loved Jared's game of chicken, volcano and dinosaur :P

You know, I completely forgot how awesome it is to watch a show on DVD, when you don't have to wait a week or even longer for a new ep!

Shore Leave: This pretty much sums up the whole episode...

McCoy: On this supposedly... uninhabited planet, I just saw a large rabbit pull a gold watch from his vest and claim that he was late.
Kirk: That's pretty good, Bones. All right, I got one for you. The rabbit was followed by a little blond girl, right?
McCoy: As a matter of fact, yes. They disappeared through a hole in a hedge.

LOL! I was wondering what the writers were smoking... XP

The Galileo Seven: Honestly, I was with Spock on this one. What does crying for the dead help when there's work to be done to save the living? But then, I'm not a sentimental person. IMHO, the dead don't care what happens to them anymore and I would not risk the lives of crew members just to bury someone. But the last scene was awesome, when the bridge crew teased Spock. And the remastered special effects of the fuel ignition were beautiful...
