... that I'm actually interested in!

Undercovers

Chase

Looks like action's back in, darkness and grit out. Thank the Gods above! Hate dark and gritty!

Day 15 - Favorite female character:

Daria, the main protagonist of the animated series with the same name! Man, she could always cheer me up, as crazy as it sounds. Her attitude, her sleepy look, her awful clothes, her monotone, droning voice... Next to that, everything seemed bright and cheerful! I loved that nothing could ruffle her feathers. And the show's finally out on DVD! Need to buy it soon :P

That's what this article says:

Legendary fashion designer Valentino has a thing for the crime drama White Collar starring Matt Bomer.

While driving through the New York City streets on Monday he came across the USA Network production, a source tells Crushable. "When he stopped at Madison and 60th and discovered it was White Collar, he promptly announced himself as a huge fan of the series as well as Matt’s," the source says. "Happy to oblige a loyal fan, Valentino was invited to meet the stars and watch some of the shooting."

Hehe, no wonder he's Matt's fan. That man is stunning in designer clothes!

"Vacation" by astolat, read by twilight_angel. Sequel to "Reconcilable Differences" (linked). Clex, Tim/Kon. Summary: He was hung up on his best friend, who wasn't just oblivious and totally uninterested but also a complete player. The gay thing, fine—he could handle that. It was the pathetic thing that was unbearable. Length: 4.400 words/32mins.

He'd been on the other end of Lex's full attention a few times himself. The only person who didn't wilt under it at least a little was Clark; he just seemed to soak it up and want more. Tim figured that was why they were both so weird about each other.

Man, I have it bad for future!Clex fics with a side dish of other DC characters! \o/

The Hollywood Reporter says:

The network has canceled two veteran dramas, a freshman comedy and midseason drama: Veteran procedural Cold Case and Numbers will not be renewed. Jerry Bruckheimer's Miami Medical is likewise canceled, as is Accidentally on Purpose, which mainly aired in the network's Monday night comedy block.

So, now it's official. Too bad, no more David and Colby :(

ETA: And also Ghost Whisperer, Accidentally on Purpose and Old Christine... Networks are canceling a lot of shows these days...

In addition to all the shows that the CW has already picked up for another season - like SPN, SV, TVD etc. - it also picked up: One Tree Hill and Life Unexpected - possibly for 12 eps each - Hellcats and Nikita. Link.

Nikita was given. Hellcats is produced by Tom Welling and I think that this show was basically the price for him signing up for S9-10 of SV. But I'm surprised that Changelings wasn't picked up - there has been so much hype about the show, they already planned to give it the Thur. 9pm slot (SPN's slot), and now silence, nothing... It could still be picked up, that's true, but maybe the CW decided that fae/changelings weren't as marketable as vampires? Who knows...

Beware, I've already seen the ep, so there are specific spoilers under the cut!

Burned )

And I should really start working on my NCIS:LA fanfic exchange. I even know what I want to write, but what with the floods here and being behind on my work thanks to various floods related things - like water in the cellar or fluctuating electricity - I'm exhausted...
