The CW picks up...

katikatIn addition to all the shows that the CW has already picked up for another season - like SPN, SV, TVD etc. - it also picked up: One Tree Hill and Life Unexpected - possibly for 12 eps each - Hellcats and Nikita. Link.
Nikita was given. Hellcats is produced by Tom Welling and I think that this show was basically the price for him signing up for S9-10 of SV. But I'm surprised that Changelings wasn't picked up - there has been so much hype about the show, they already planned to give it the Thur. 9pm slot (SPN's slot), and now silence, nothing... It could still be picked up, that's true, but maybe the CW decided that fae/changelings weren't as marketable as vampires? Who knows...
