* Obviously, some people really love the new 90210. Not that I care, really. Teen dramas about spoiled rich kids are not really my cup of tea anymore. Besides, I think that no matter how (un)successful 90210 will be, Supernatural is doomed. Why?

a) 90210 is a huge success, the network is safe, they'll invest in more teen dramas. SPN is now that they got rid of Friday Night Smackdown the only black sheep in the herd so they'll get rid of it to concentrate more on young female audience or
b) 90210 is a flop, the whole network goes to hell and SPN is done.

Am I being pessimistic? Or just realistic?

* I don't watch Burn Notice, but this spoiler could actually make me watch! XP

Doesn't Amanda Tapping's new show Sanctuary look a lot like Torchwood with a smidgen of Poltergeist: The Legacy and Stargate SG-1? I will give it a try, of course, I love sci-fi - as long as it's not about who sleeps with whom รก la Battlestar Galactica - but it doesn't sound very original. But then, what's original these days, right?

90210's rating? It rose from 4.54 mil. to 5.16 mil. viewers with 2.5/8 to 2.7/7 demo. The CW is tickled happy, of course, raving about how it was the CW's best performance as of yet.

And Ausiello talked about Chuck getting a full season (22 episodes) pick-up: "NBC feels the show is on the verge of breaking out in a BIG way. Creatively, the network feels Chuck has hit its stride, and a new round of testing seems to back that up. 'The entire cast scores high,' whispers a Peacock source. 'And that's not a common thing. Spirits are very high on that set right now.' Couldn't happen to a nicer group of people." I so hope that he's right, that the show will be successful. Chuck simply rocks my socks - that's why I pre-ordered S1 on DVD :)

New Bones tonight! Yay :) But no Eureka this week...

Funny!

I've been watching Tropical Heat these days. And what didn't I find? David Hewlett in all it's 20-ish glory! He was in the episode Object of Desire that aired in May 1993. He played a bad guy by the name Gleason who robbed a store and was now after the witness Nick Slaughter was protecting.

Wanna see pictures? )

Quite a difference, huh? Definitely more hair XP I didn't even remember that he was in the series. But I like him now much better :P

ETA: Yay, and in the episode Forbidden Fruit? Torri Higginson! Wah! So, only Joe Flanigan is now missing XP
