Aug. 9th, 2015 07:51 pmThe latest episode of Teen Wolf saw the birth of a new pairing for me, Stiles/Theo or "Steo". Except for their scenes, the episode was boring as fuck - pardon my French. Scott's never been the most decisive guy, but all he does lately is wallow. And whine. And wallow some more. That's NOT an Alpha, let alone a True Alpha. Honestly, if he dropped dead next week, I wouldn't shed a tear because he has been pissing me off this whole season long. If not for Stiles' storyline, this whole season would be a complete bust for me, more so than S4.
But back to Steo. These two remind of Hannibal/Will. The psychopath and the one guy who doesn't trust him but is always rescued by him, though said psychopath is motivated by his hidden agenda, not any tender feelings. It's creepily appealing. Just look at them:

Falling Skies
Aug. 1st, 2015 10:56 pmI always wanted to get this show and watch it, but after this song vid, I immediately ordered S1 on DVD! Wow, just... wow! Look at it! Aliens and battles aside, what interests me the most is the Mason family, Tom and his sons, Hal, Ben and Matt. Hal's my favorite character and I just love his relationship with his dad and the way he takes care of the youngest one, Matt. It's wonderful... \o/

Feb. 10th, 2014 07:50 pmWow... just... WOW! Basically, Teen Wolf S3B so far. One of the best vids I've ever seen. If you're not sure if TW is for your, check out this vid. This is the show in a nutshell!
This is a vid interview with Linden Ashby. He answers fans' questions. He talks about Claudia Stilinski and you see that the possibility of ( spoilers for last episode ) is really gut-wrenching for him. He talks about the hardest time he had on the show, saying it was filming tonight's episode because it's deeply emotional stuff. And seeing this photo set that the official TW tumblr posted, especially the sheriff's face... Ouch. Just... ouch!

Stiles/Lydia Vid!
Jan. 5th, 2014 11:58 pmThis is a beautiful vid *_* I ship "Stydia" - as Tumblr calls it - so hard. I mean, I'm a slasher at heart but there's just something about this pairing... And I honestly think - I believe - that "Sterek" will never become reality in the show itself. But Stiles/Lydia might. And I truly love them together.
So, my hope for S3B? That the anchors pay off. And that Lydia will be able to pull Stiles out of his nightmarish state, that she will be able to guard him and help him recognize what's real and what's not. I don't think they will become a couple in this season, in S4 at the soonest - if ever! - but I want their friendship to become deeper and stronger. Also, their one and only kiss in the show? WOW! *_*

Oct. 26th, 2013 10:25 amYou know, as much as I love the Derek/Stiles pairing, I really, really, REALLY want to see more of this *points up* in S3B. The friendship between Scott and Stiles. I want to SEE it, I don't want to be TOLD that they are best friends, I want to actually be SHOWN. The perfect example of what I want is the NYCC sneak peek: that's what I'm talking about. Because, no matter what the crazy-as-a-bag-full-of-cats Derek/Stiles shippers think, the show is first and foremost about the friendship between these two. And I want to see more of it. Please, with a cherry on top!
Leverage Vid

The scenes fit the music so well: "I'm addicted to the thrill, it's a dangerous love affair." Pretty much. Yes, the team are do-gooders, they really are, but they do it because they ~are~ addicted to the thrill.
Look at this folks and tell me this isn't a threesome in the making! \o/ Yes, I just spent the past 2 hours perusing YouTube and watching Leverage song vids. Me, obsessed? Nah!

The Eagle, song vids
Jun. 4th, 2011 12:59 pmI've been perusing YouTube and watching various The Eagle song vids and there are vids like this one by talitha78 that carry the essence of the movie - and then there are vids like this one by Sofi that make me LOL a bit and ask what the heck the movie is actually about. Don't get me wrong, both are excellent and I love them, but man! The latter's rendition makes it look like a gay love story - well, in this case, it wasn't all that hard, huh? XD

May. 24th, 2009 02:18 pm... that I ever thought that Stargate: Atlantis was boring. I mean, John and Rodney and Teyla and Ronon (sorry, never liked Ford), they are just... I mean, honestly! They are... I want to squish them silly.
Song vids like blimvisible's My Brilliant Idea or JulesVids' Men of Devotion or Sheppynette's John Sheppard's ATA Gene make me simply bounce off the walls!
Then there are the awesome fics! Like Dasha's "Salt of the Earth", a fic in which Rodney falls in love with John but John is straight, though he considers his friendship with Rodney more intimate and important than any love ship he could ever have and it's... squee inducing, it really is!
And I'm now reading Sonny Whitelaw and Elizabeth Christensen's "The Chosen", an SGA tie-in novel set after The Storm in S1 - and reading this book I realized that I was really missing the "female touch" in the latest books. I don't know why but the male writers are all about technical babble and OOC behavior and it irks! I think that the female authors pay much more attention to the characters themselves and they try to keep them as true to their TV-selves as possible. The male writers don't really bother and it's a shame :(
