Of Clothes
Aug. 3rd, 2016 01:36 pmTo celebrate the fact that I now dropped 55 pounds - yay! - I bought some new clothes! Some gorgeous t-shirts, a jacket - and jeans.
The jeans fit me really well in the hip and thigh regions, but I could fit twice in them in the waist part. You see, I have the classic hourglass figure - my waist is 25 cm narrower than my hips. Which is not a problem when it comes to summer clothes, I just buy skirts and pants with an elastic waistband, right? But with the fall and winter clothes? Not really an option, it's all zippers and buttons. And when I use a belt - without it, the pants would simply drop to my ankles! - the material is all bunched up under it, looking really ugly. Luckily, I love wearing long sweaters, but still, it's kinda uncomfortable. I guess I will have to learn how to sew and put some folds in the back... *sigh*
