At the end of March, I decided I needed to lose some weight, for health reasons. So, I cut my portions, started drinking a lot of green tea and bought a stepper. Now, I eat everything I ate before, even chocolate, just a smaller portion, and I exercise 5 minutes a day - and I drink like a 1.5 liter of green tea a day... And in less than 2 months, I dropped 7 pounds.

Isn't that kind of weird? I mean, just today, I ate 2 slices of corn bread with jam for breakfast, half an orange for a snack, potatoes with meat and chili gravy for lunch, a small piece of cake and a handful of strawberries for an afternoon snack and two small slices of corn bread with salami for dinner. I drank over 2 liters of tea. And exercised for exactly 5.30 minutes on my stepper... and between last night's weighing and tonight's, I lost a pound. I mean, I read that green tea works miracles for weight loss when exercising and eating properly but... wow. This is really weird.
