I wrote this sliver of a scene and I have no idea where to take it next, so I'm just throwing it here, unbeta'ed... Spoilers for 111.
"Peter, you need to do something about Dan," Neal said the moment he entered Peter's office on Monday morning.
Not looking up from his file, Peter smiled. "He still pestering you about the hat trick?"
"Not just! Peter, he knows where I live!"
At that Peter did look up and frowned. Neal was literally thrumming with tension which was so at odds with his usual relaxed posture.
Throwing his pen on the table, Peter leaned back in his chair. "What happened?"
"On Saturday, Dan was waiting for me in front of June's house," Neal said.
Peter's frown deepened. "How did he find out where you live?"
Neal shook his head. "No idea. He was just standing there acting as if we were best buddies. He wanted to take me out for a drink and when I refused, he tried to get inside the house with me!" His voice was strained.
"Why didn't you call me?"
Neal waved a hand. "I thought I handled it. I sent him away and told him very clearly that I was not interested. Trust me, he couldn't have misunderstood that!"
Peter believed him. Neal could be pretty blunt when he wanted to. "I guess he didn't take no for an answer?"
"Yesterday, he invited himself in!" This time Neal raised his voice. "When I returned home, he was drinking tea with June on the terrace. He told her that we had an appointment and I must have forgotten about it. They met at some charity event last year, she knew him, that's why she let him in!"
Peter started to understand Neal's unease. This wasn't just a man-crush anymore, it was plain and simple stalking. But Neal wasn't finished yet.
"And this morning, he was waiting in front of the house again! He wanted to show me his classic car and drive me to work!" Neal crossed his arms over his chest defensively, hunching his shoulders slightly. "This is creeping me out, Peter."
