katikatThe story is hilarious and engaging, the characters funny and the dialogs pitch perfect - this is Haruhi Suzumiya after all and the manga follows the anime almost to the letter.
But! Yes, the big but is the manga's style. The anime was beautifully drawn - as you can see in the mood theme that I made - while the manga is average at best. It really can't compete with the show and it's just too bad. I think I will switch over to the light novels after all.
