So, I was taking a look at the new series planned for season 2008-2009 and this gave me the giggles, really:

CW going with more Rich Girls:

After the kind of success Gossip Girl has had, it's no surprise that CW wants even more spoiled girls. The network has greenlit a pilot of How to Teach Filthy Rich Girls, according to Variety.

Like Gossip Girl, How to Teach Filthy Rich Girls is being adapted from a book. In Zoey Dean's novel, a young woman, after being fired from her job at a celebrity-gossip magazine, takes on a job as a live-in tutor to the granddaughters of a wealthy makeup mogul.

LMAO! So, another low rated show on the horizon because if GoGi is the success they call it in this article, I will eat my hat. Sure, it does have potential but it's definitely not the big hit they try to make it XD

Who stays and who goes on Smallville. I can already see/hear/feel the ratings dropping...

CBS's Flashpoint premieres this summer... Flashpoint is about the dramatic portrayal of an elite Canadian police force called the Strategic Response Unit (SRU). The group are unique cops that are far superior to ordinary cops. The SRU conduct themselves in a manner of missions from defusing bombs to busting gangs. One thing always happens though: they put their lives at stake to save others. 13 episodes have been ordered so far. The most interesting thing? Enrico Colantoni aka Daddy Mars from Veronica Mars is on board :)

A beautiful song by Nat Cole... Why are there no such singers these days anymore? *sighs*

ETA: All the ratings for Jericho for a dear friend of mine :)

Feb. 12th - 7.15 mil., 2.5/7 demo;
Feb. 19th - 5.94 mil., 2.0/5 demo;
Feb. 26th - 6.90 mil., 2.2/6 demo;
March 4th - 5.88 mil., 1.8/5 demo.

Marc Bergman sets the show in the "losers" category every week :( Though the retention rate out of Big Brother is usually around 80% or more. But that's only because BB is doing really bad this year.

*g* Glad to help :)) I never liked Miss Mary Sue either. I mean, come on. She was cheerleader, she managed a bar and she still got a stipend for a summer in Paris because she was such a great painter O.o

I *know*. Seriously Al and Miles *love* Lana and the rest of us are all ...omg make it stop.

I know, wtf? And the best thing was that the art thing came out of *nowhere* and then disappeared again. And don't forget she was a champion horse rider.

Love your icon btw. So purty.

Hehe, thank you! :)

For me, SV jumped the shark when they turned Lana into a witch. That was rather O.O-inducing, really *shakes head* Seriously, why couldn't they pick one trait and stick with it? I mean, they could make her a great manager or a good painter. But to pin just everything that came to their mind on her... That was way over the top X(

Oh no! The ratings are going down! They're not supposed to do that!

Thank you for looking these up for me.

They stuck the series in such an impossible time slot that it's like they WANT it to fail *shakes head*
