May. 31st, 2016 10:57 pmSo, last Saturday, I went to see both, Captain America: Civil War and X-Men: Apocalypse, and boy, was the slash strong in them! Stucky and Cherik rule, hands down! So much fanfic fodder!
Though I feel actually compelled to read - and write! - fanfics only for Cherik, go figure. I don't know why. I just felt that Charles, Erik and Raven went a wonderful full circle in this trilogy. And I loved that Erik always, ALWAY came through for Charles in the end, unlike in the first trilogy where Erik - because of Fox's meddling! - didn't give much of a fuck about Charles and always betrayed him in the end. Fassbender's Erik always went against Charles' wishes, AT FIRST, but when push came to shove and Erik had to choose between world domination/revenge and Charles' life, he always chose Charles. Always! Also, I really loved Charles, the Damsel in Distress, in XMA, LOL!
