"But What Are Your Thoughts on Yaoi?" by Chash. Sam/Dean, Booth/Brennan. Summary: Dr. Brennan is pretty much okay with brother-on-brother action. It's just everyone else who needs convincing. Length: ~1.800 words.

Brennan considers this. "No, I don't think Sam and Dean are currently in a sexual relationship. But they're two attractive, virile young men who don't have much meaningful contact with other people. So it wouldn't be surprising if they developed feelings for each other."

Booth stares some more. "Only you would say that gay incest isn't surprising."

I literally LOL'ed my way through the fic. It's so frickin' hilarious. Bones is her usual self, Booth is grossed out, Dean thinks Brennan is a "crazy bone chick" and Sam can't figure out why he isn't sleeping with his brother. Hilarious doesn't even begin to cover it.

Day 07 - Least favorite episode of your favorite TV show:

SPN's Red Sky at Morning. Why? Bela Talbot. If I ever had any positive feelings towards her, this episode ruined them. It's still the one and only SPN episode that I've never re-watched, thank you very much.

I returned three books to my boss today, books that I R&Red for him - and I brought back home FOUR NEW ONES! Seriously, how can I ever get to the bottom of those piles and piles and PILES in my closet that way? Sometimes, I feel like the books are breeding when I'm not looking! Right now, I'm up to 170+ unread books *head/desk*

And what books did he lend me? Mike Shepherd's "Kris Longknife 1-3" and Christopher Golden's "The Myth Hunters". Oh, and "Mass Effect 1: Revelation", just for my reading pleasure *head/desk*

Oh, and he published another two of my translations! Covers under the cut! )

What's up next? The translation of Kim Harrison's "The Good, the Bad and the Undead"!

"Coulda Shoulda Woulda" by liketheriverrun, read by revolutionaryjo. Gen. Summary: Caring for your injured CO isn't the easiest job for a Marine. And Sheppard's isn't the only team on Atlantis. Length: ~8.000 words/41min.

We finally gave Bernie a bear whistle after he got lost for the third time while taking a piss behind a tree, just so we could find him. Delph even made him up a GPS map of Atlantis showing all the key points...and to give him shit about his lack of direction. To pay him back, Bernie filled his bed with plastic spiders, because Scott gets the heeby jeebies if you recite Little Miss Muffet in his presence. Paulie gets faint at the sight of blood, but when I fell down a hill and ended up nicking an artery in my leg, he sat by my side and told me the stupidest knock knock jokes he could come up with while Bernie applied the compress to slow the bleeding until Scott could bring help from Atlantis. And as soon as the medics showed up, Paul moved off into the trees and sat with Bernie with his head between his knees so he wouldn’t faint. Everyone has their weaknesses and every team leader knows what they are for the people under his command. And, yeah, they’re fair game for ribbing for those on the team. But I guarantee if someone else had put those spiders in Scott’s bed, or gave Bernie shit about his lousy sense of direction, or goaded Paulie about nearly passing out, there would have been hell to pay. And you better believe Sheppard feels the same way about the members of his team.

I love the outsider's POV in this fic. The OCs are incredibly likable and so well-round, three-dimensional...
