I just love Sam and G in this fic. It's really... them! It's so much fun to watch them banter and bicker like an old married couple. Aww...

"That's okay, I figured I'd just handle the physical affection and the looking pretty," G said, aiming for an equally serious tone.

I just love the way lynnmonster writes those two. Definitely an author to follow in this fandom!

Fic rec: Star Trek (2009)

"Ten Sessions" by Dira Sudis. Gen. Summary: Jim could be fantastically thoughtless except when being thoughtful would embarrass McCoy more. Length: ~2.000 words.

Jim still didn't look away from the cadet, who was awfully pretty. It did boggle the mind to think of what somebody with that many fingers could do in bed, but their reproductive biology was pretty thoroughly incompatible with humans. The cadet wasn't even female in a sense that mapped to human genders; most members of that species just preferred the skirt. McCoy didn't bother trying to enlighten Jim. He'd probably find a way, tell McCoy all about it, and then offer to introduce him to the cadet's crèche-mate.

I love the friendship between Bones and Jim in this one!

Interview with Diahann Carroll

SpoilerTV posted a transcript of a phone interview with Diahann Carroll who now plays June on White Collar. The whole interview is really interesting, she talks about being a cancer survivor and what it was and is like to be an African American actress on TV and what's possibly in store for June - even though she wouldn't divulge any spoilers :P She had also many wonderful things to say about Matt Bomer:

I love it that she thinks that Matt is beautiful 8) I mean, he so is but it's great to hear it from such an awesome woman and respected actress :)
