NCIS:LA 418-419; Renewals!

katikatI like the characters of RED. Nobody rubbed me the wrong way - unlike Mace in Legends. Some were rather bland but overall, I liked them. Though the two episodes didn't really wow me. As far as NCIS:LA goes, they were actually pretty boring. I think they focused too much on the introduction of the new characters and too little on the plot. I didn't even follow it that much, to be honest, it just didn't hold my interest. But I did like the setting - the trucks were SWEET! - and the actors. My favorite characters were Dave and Kai, the "geeks".
But the most precious moments? Sam & Callen and Deeks & Kensi. I loved Sam and Callen in the truck, sharing a room. And I loved that Callen totally didn't notice that Hetty was throwing him and Paris together. And Deeks and the box! LOL, that was great!
So, overall? Disappointed by the plot. But I did like the characters.
CBS renewed 14 shows today! Among them: NCIS: LA, Hawaii 5-0, The Mentalist, Elementary, Good Wife and Person of Interest: source. This time around, the only show I feared for was The Mentalist. Since the move to Sunday, the ratings dropped like a stone. So, YAY!
