- Aww, Gregson knew. That was sweet. It's great to know Sherlock has a real friend to watch his back.
- Though I'm not sure if I like that Watson told Gregson the truth. I mean, she swore up and down that their relationship was confidential. I mean, I understand that she was in a tough spot but she could've ruined everything for him if Gregson had been just a bit less understanding. And since it's the job that keeps Sherlock afloat, she might have caused exactly what she was trying to prevent.

- Liked the bit where Watson recognized the patient was sick, that was awesome. And I think I get why Watson's friend was grateful yet... angry. The realization that your butt was saved by someone who's smarter than you and yet that person didn't manage to keep her job, despite all her brain power - I mean, what are your chances then?
- Aidan Quinn has quite a deep voice, doesn't he?
- Ha, the scene in the morgue, that was funny!

- So, Irene, huh? Interesting.
- I love the actor who played Sherlock's friend, he was in Mantis, that old superhero show with Carl Lumbly.
- I wonder what the issue with Sherlock's father is. It really looks like he doesn't care much about his son, doesn't it?
- Gosh, Sherlock dresses like a homeless man, like he just pulled his clothes out of a garbage can, sheesh!
