katikatA Taste of Armageddon: What an annoying guy, that ambassador. I hate politicians. It's the same way with the IOA on SG-1/SGA. But the ep told an interesting story. I mean, how easy it is to lead a war when you actually don't see the killing and destruction in the first place? I liked that Vulcan telepathy trick that Spock used. And Scotty was A-awesome in this one!
This Side of Paradise: Hehe, alien plants. That's the ep that spoofed many fanfics in many fandoms to come, I bet :P I felt actually sorry for Spock, when he said that for the first time in his life, he had been happy... But I LOL'd at Kirk's expression when he saw Spock hanging from that tree like a monkey, ha!
I like the friendship between Kirk and Spock more and more with every ep, the gentle ribbing. I still don't see anything slashy about it, but in a perfectly gen way, it's amazing. Watching the show, it gives me a new understanding of the characters and I now can't wait to read more tie-ins!
