katikatYou know, this show isn't bad. Definitely the best new show of the season. But something's just not clicking for me. I know that H50 is a favorite of many peeps on my flist and I'm not bashing it or anything but... It's just not clicking for me.
It was obvious who did it from the get-go and I hoped that they wouldn't go there, that they wouldn't turn it into a big bad businessman vs. people communing peacefully with the nature thing... *sigh* Honestly, the one thing I remember from the episode is Danny and Steve arguing. The rest is a forgettable blur.
Another one of those Steve McGarrett is Teh Man episodes? Seriously, they're taking the Lone Ranger, Rambo and Marty-Sue a bit too far. And again, the one thing that was actually memorable was the banter between Steve and Danny. I loved the guy asking if Steve was talking to his wife, ha!

I think - and please don't shoot me - I think I don't see the chemistry between Steve and Danny. I don't know why. They are the perfect combo, a bromance in the making... But I just don't see it. It feels a bit... flat. And I hate it because this show's exactly the type of a series that I love. But so far, it's been kinda... boring? *ducks*
