Question for manga fans on my flist

katikatIs there a site that would list manga, their authors and how many volumes each series has, if it's ongoing or finished? I tried Animenewsnetwork.com, which is great for anime, but when it comes to manga and the stuff I listed above, it's terribly confusing...
I mean, I found out that vol. 28, is the last part of "Tsubasa Chronicle". But how many volumes does "xxxHolic" have? 16? Is Clamp still determined to finish "X/1999"? And what about their new project? As much as I love "Card Captor Sakura", "Kobato" doesn't really appeal to me, based on the summary alone.
