"Stuck Between Heaven and Hell" by mahaliem | Clark/Lex | Future!fic, Humor, H/c | Lex is haunted by Clark after Superman's fight with Doomsday. | 9.700 words

"What are you doing?" Clark asked as Lex searched his pockets.

"Stopping the thief," Lex replied. After searching some more, he finally let out a cry of triumph as he pulled a lighter from a pocket.

"Lex!" Clark shouted. "You're not seriously considering throwing a Molotov cocktail into the liquor store are you?"

Lex's face became blank. "Um... I'm not?"

"You'll burn the place down!"

"Of course. I wanted to be sure to destroy a significant amount of private property, destruction of the sort in which you excel. I don't have your strength, so I'm improvising."

This is hilariously funny but also very touching, with a smidgen of angst in all the right places. Loved it!

I just about sprayed my computer screen with water when Sam and Dean appeared. Random SPN FTW! :p But definitely a hilarious fic!

...also, when I read your summary, I thought it was a metaphorical haunting and was confused. Oops?

Hehe, I loved the fic, how everybody thought that they were hot for each other and Lex and Clark kept giving each other these WTF! looks XD
