He swore to protect Clark before he knew how much Clark needed to be protected, and part of that has been learning what constitutes how much of a threat. He'll fucking hibernate if that's what Clark needs, but he's got to be sure Clark won't just drop into a coma someday.

This is such an amazing feel!good story, seriously. It's schmoopy, but Lex is still Lex, so curious and poking around, but doing it to protect Clark...

Charming fic! I wouldn't mind my own 'Clark' to keep me 'alert'. {chuckle} Right now, I'm a bit worn out, especially end of the work day.
