Apparently, BBC is turning Good Omens into a radio drama. The best thing, though? Colin Morgan AKA Merlin was cast as Newton Pulsifer, the bumbling witch hunter, LOL! Someone has a twisted sense of humor. Link.

Part 1 of the audio drama Neverwhere written by Neil Gaiman and starring James McAvoy as Richard is now available here: link. Lovely stuff. I will have to listen to it again to catch everything, though.

So, Neil Gaiman isn't in London right now, but the voice cast of Neverwhere sent him a picture from the day they recorded the drama!

Do I get it right that James McAvoy is playing the main character? I haven't read the book, so I have no idea who the characters of James' and Benedict Cumberbatch's are. Can someone who actually read the book tell me more?

... and horrors, do listen to "Bad Memories" by Julian Simpson. It's a BBC Radio 4 drama and it's only available till this Friday in their audio archive!

The summary says:

In 2004, a successful architect and his family mysteriously disappear from their home. Six years later five bodies are found in the cellar of their house. They are identified as Jonathan and Imogen Blake and their son, Matthew; Philip Gibson, who was on the missing person's register and a woman, identity unknown. Forensics determine that not only were they murdered, but the time of death was 1926. Can audio files found with the bodies solve the mystery?

Rupert Graves stars as the detective trying to solve the case. And it's creepy! Best listened to in the dark. This drama won an award for its sound design and it's deserved. Really creepy!
