Supernatural 2x01+2x02+2x03+2x04

katikat2x01, In My Time of Dying: This is still one of my favorite episodes. The scenes with Sam and Dean, then the scene with John and Dean... Sam's despair, John's sacrifice... I still wonder what Dean would have done, if he would have went with Tessa. You know, this episode's is the only audio commentary that I never listened to. It's just, the episode is really magical and to hear the hows and whys behind the scenes would... ruin it, I guess. At least for me.
2x02, Everybody Loves a Clown: Lotsa raw emotions there. Sam admitting that it was "too little, too late", Dean smashing the car... I actually liked Ellen, Ash and the Road House. Jo was a bit over the top - but I loved the scenes with her and Dean in this ep. I just could never see her as his love interest, the way she was introduced, I got sibling vibes there only.
2x03, Bloodlust: Dean was so angry in this episode and Sam so worried about him, willing to endure anything to make Dean talk and get better. I like the way they graduate Dean's rage and grief. It's nicely consistent. But I never understood what people saw in Amber Benson so I was rather underwhelmed by Lenore. Gordon was scary. I wouldn't want a person like him gunning for me. And I loved to hear Ellen call Sam "sweetie" - I love Ellen to pieces!
2x04, Children Shouldn't Play With Dead Things: Sam watching porn! Ha! "Awkward!" XD And Dean's still great at his job, despite his grief. Sam's speech, his "And now, I'm going to lose you too?" tugged at my heart - and Dean's confession at the very end broke it. Every time I watch that scene, I remember what Jared and Jensen said about filming it and it makes me love it even more.
