Supernatural 1x21+1x22

katikat1x21, Salvation: In this ep, I loved the little insights into how the characters' minds work. Like when John said that they should've called him and told him about Sam's visions and Dean finally got aggravated with his father. Or when John said that he wanted Sam to go back to school and Dean to finally have a home. Or when Dean told Sam that the three of them was all he had, that sometimes he barely held it together. It was heartbreaking :(
1x22, Devil's Trap: Bobby! He's still as awesome, even three seasons later :) My favorite scene? When Dean confessed that it scared him how far he was willing to go for Sam and John. That scene was perfect - lighting, music and all. Jensen has beautiful, gorgeous eyes... and lips, too! My, oh my! And Jeffrey Dean Morgan has incredibly long eye-lashes! I love hurt!Dean so the scene with the demon in the cabin was right up my alley! And the ending! Oh my, even knowing how it would end, I still jumped when the crash came! Yikes :P
I just love the last couple of eps of S1. I love how Dean changes in them, when he reveals how deeply broken he is. It fits the rest of the series so well. For Dean, there's no life without Sam. It's stunning, the way they make the viewer ~feel~ it. I think that a huge part of that is based on the chemistry between Jared and Jensen!
I'll try to finish at least S2 before S5 starts :)
ETA: I just caught the end of one of SPN's S2 episodes on Prima Cool and wow, the Czech voice they chose for Dean is ~amazing~! It doesn't really resemble Jensen's real voice but it's beautiful!

Date: 2009-09-05 02:37 am (UTC)But I'm glad that they never dubbed anything English into our language here ( except for the occasional cartoons ). The subtitles are awful/corny enough already though I do get rather flaily when Dean called himself "abang" when addressing Sam ( in the subtitles I mean ), and Sam called him "abang Dean". "Abang" is the term of endearment used for an older brother or a boyfriend or a husband so yeah, FLAILY!!
Agree with what you said about those 2 episodes!
