1x07, Hook Man: Oh, I loved that ep. The boys researching in the local library. The invisible hook man scratching up the wall. The special effects of the spirit going poof! Dean digging up a grave and complaining.

1x08, Bugs: I never understood why people were so against this episode. I liked it a lot. It was funny and all eww at the same time. And there was Jim Byrnes! I loved all the insights into their lives, the difference between how John used to handle Dean and Sam etc. And the "sexual orientation" speech! Ha!

1x09, Home: Oh my, Jensen can do desperate so well! But I never understood why Missouri behaved in such a way towards Dean. Maybe she sensed that if she offered comfort, he would take for the hills immediately? And the first "Sam gets strangled" scene, one of plenty to come ;P But why did Dean smash the door instead of breaking a window?

I loved seeing Jim Byrnes. It's been ages since I last watched Highlander, but I recognized him immediately.

I just finished season 1. I'm SO glad I have the next two seasons on DVD already!

How did you like the cliffie at the end of S1? We were all so shocked, it was totally unexpected. The smash scared the life out of me!

I didn't see the ending coming at all. It was a huge surprise (and shock). I immediately said to Jay that I'm super glad I have the DVDs for season 2 already. I'd have hated having to wait for months to know what was going to happen.

Yes! I loved it, along with the 'day in the life' of Jared and Jensen. You can see how good friends they are. I never figured Jared would be such a sugar addict!

Hehe, yup, Jared usually bounces off the walls while Jensen is much calmer XD They are so incredibly cute together. And such good friends - Jared actually calls Jensen's dad "Papa Ackles" XD

I came into the fandom quite late and I watched Bugs for the first time long after it first aired. I had no idea that people said it wasn't one of the better episodes because I love it so much! Haha, who could ever forget that little bit of ass-slapping by Dean and Sam's suffering my-brother-is-an-idiot expression!!
