Do you think that Warehouse 13 was the show that Joe Flanigan was offered? The part of Pete Lattimer? The role that he refused because he wanted to return to LA permanently? I mean, Eddie McClintock is a similar type of a man - tall, brown-haired, handsome... I think that - from a fan's POV - it's too bad that he refused his own show to guest star on obscure stuff like the Jace Hall Show *sigh*

Yeah, he wrote something like "I'm waiting for Joe Flanigan in the lobby at SyFy and he's running late."

Hall has his fingers in many pies - of the scifi kind - but the only new show that I'm aware that SyFy is working on is the remake of Alien Nation. I don't hold much hope for Joe to be in it but the original AN did film in LA (didn't it? *scratches head*) and the original male lead was in Joe's age so... I will just cross my fingers and hope, I guess ;P

Hmmm wonder if Hall has anything to do with AN....I'm of two minds of that. One it would be cool to see Joe in a lead like that, lots of action and drama, on the flipside..SYFy productions other than Stragate stuff has low production values and I might cringe...I'd rather he get picked up for the new "Rockford Files" remake, but since that is on the 'major network' I'm sure they want a high profile actor for that.

At this point its like get in something now! On the other I want it to be good.

I would like to see him in the new AN because SyFy isn't as demanding as the big networks, their shows don't have to be instant hits. Besides Joe said that he would like to do more scifi :) And you are right, there's no way that they would cast him as the lead in the RF, they will definitely go for a big name actor whereas the scifi community knows Joe pretty well, for the "geeks" ;P he is a big name actor. And I think that SyFy likes him :)

This is true. I think Joe would command enough of an audience to guarantee some good ratings for a decent dun on SyFy. And I do think it films in LA and they'd of course want a known Sci-Fi lead I'd think.

The age is right.

Maybe I'll ask him On Sunday! :D
