Amazon refunded me for Swallow's "Halcyon" because the used book went "out of stock" :( I wonder how it can be - if it was out of stock, shouldn't it be impossible for me to order it in the first place? That totally spoiled my day...

It happened once or twice to me too and it's always a bummer. Especially when you know the item you wanted is almost impossible to get...

It made me terribly depressed. For once, this book was there for a reasonable price and puh, nothing. As much as I would love to complete my SGA collection, 40+ pounds/70+ dollars for a book is not something I'm willing to give :(
