Oh, you True Blood fans on my flist, I have a question about a S2 spoiler that Ausiello posted some time ago...

Alexander Skarsgard's Nordic vamp has an extremely homoerotic encounter with a character who shall remain nameless. In related news, there are about two dozen gratuitous shirtless shots in the first four episodes, all of them belonging to either Mechad Brooks (Tara's new BF, Eggs) or Ryan Kwanten (Jason). Source.

I could give the show another try if there were cute gay guys. I know that the black cook is gay but it doesn't look like the aforementioned spoiler talks about him. Who else could it be? And is there anything gay-ish in the show itself? Only hot gay people can make bad vamp shows watchable!

I've read the books. The second book intorduces Stan (who will be plaied by the guy who was Stark on Eurika) And we see him get Married in, I beleve the 6th book.

Also the chericter Eric, in the books anyway, seems to go either way.

I haven't wathced teh show - but I like the books.

I tried to watch the show but it was basically soft porn. But if there were gay guys... ;P

I plan to read the books - I heard that they were better than the series - but I need to get my hands on them first, I think in ebook form, it's cheaper for me :)

And yay for Stark! I wonder if that's the reason they killed him in Eureka :(

I don't know if that was why he was killed, but I do know the actor is a bit of a scifi/horror fanboy. He dosn't fit my idea of the chericter he will be playing but it's OK, since I wont be watching.

I don't have HBO and I'm not interested enought to download.

I know Amizon has a Kndal version of the first book - but i don't know if you need to have a kindal reader.

One word of warning the Narator loves her breasts. She mentions them enough to stik in your mind (the first thing I did when I saw the cast is look at her breasts and ask the guy who I know who read the books 'are those as magnifacant as they are in the book? Cause I'm not seeing it'

I kind of like the show though I'm not crazy about it. And the books are much better than the series. You must read them!

And just because Eric is going to have a homoerotic encounter doesn't mean the other character is gay. I'm putting my money on Bill. Not that I think there's going to be anything going on between them, it's just that Eric seems to really enjoy yanking Bill's chain. *G*

Oh, I don't mind when the character is not gay - that's where slash fanfiction is born ;P

I plan to get book 1 the next time I go to my boss' shop. And I think that he has the other books in English...
