Aldis Hodge was in it! Other thoughts...

* I love Castle's family - they are a bunch of nutjobs but so lovable. He and Alexis are my favorite father-daughter combo these days! I loved that Castle and Alexis conspired to get rid of Castle's ex-wife - yes, they like her, but on the other side of the country! And Castle's mother... So much like his ex-wife!
* Castle as a really unreliable witness - because he was distracted. Ha!
* The case was interesting but to be honest, I don't watch the show for the cases - I love the characters: Castle, Alexis, Beckett, Castle's mother, the other cops... I really like the other two detectives, they bicker like an old married couple!
* "Kitten!" Ha XD

Ratings (final): 7.28 mil., 1.9/5 demo - ouch! The show's dropping like a stone :(

I watched an interview with Nathan about Castle. It was really interesting when he said the show isn't about the cases. The cases are secondary. It is all about the characters, and I think it's working!

I so hope that they will renew the show. It doesn't look good but there's still hope since ABC's Cupid and The Unusuals bombed completely.
