Missing book

It's been exactly 14 days since Stargatenovels.com shipped my order - James Swallow's "Nightfall" - and even though they promised 7-10 days on international delivery, my book's still not here! I sent them an email and expressed my disgruntlement in no uncertain terms. When I order stuff from Amazon.co.uk, the parcel is here withing 3-5 days with lower shipping costs. For 7.20 pounds shipping costs that Stargatenovels.com demanded I would have expected an express delivery. There won't be any more orders directly from the publisher for me in the future, thank you very much. I will rather wait and give my money to Amazon.
