I think I'm quickly falling in love with Deputy Police Chief Brenda Leigh Johnson from The Closer. OMG, does she rock or what? \o/ She's purty and kick-ass and strong and she doesn't take any crap from her subordinates! Yay.

I've been in love with Brenda for years now. She is totally awesome and her accent is totally made of win. Also, she gets extra awesome when she's dealing with work and her parents at the same time.

I saw only one ep and some promos but oh my, I love her! I decided to buy the first season on DVD and see if I like it enough to get the rest too :)

I've seen three seasons now, I think. It used to air here right after Veronica Mars. *grins*

On a slightly related note, I'm also in love with Patrick Jane and Teresa Lisbon from The Mentalist. I melt every time Jane smiles. Funny thing is, Simon Baker never really did for me before, but now, girl... He's like my #2 tv guy now, #1 is Dean, no contest there (and I don't think there'll ever be, unless Jensen comes up with another fastastic full of layers f**ked-up tv character in the future). :)

But, if I'd have to choose my favorite tv girl, I think Brenda is the one. She is all that.

Oh yes, The Mentalist rocks like a rocking thing :) I'm so happy that this show is doing so well that for once, I don't have to fear for the future of my favorite show :) And I love how layered Patrick's character is. I mean, in the latest episode, when he said that he would kill Red John, cut him appart when he catches him, that that's what he lives for... O.O
