Mallozzi and Mullie can't write an ep to save their lives. The pacing was totally off, too many cuts, the whole ep just jumped around, no real tension. I couldn't care less about Xiao - or how the heck her name is spelled - and her ambitions or about John drooling over the female doctor. The whole Kolya torture had no point at all - no fallout, no consequences and at the end of the ep, John was back to his old, snarky self. And the alien? Asgard XXL! *rolls eyes* No imagination whatsoever.
Thank the Ancients for fanfiction, really.
