You know, the one episode from SGA's S4 that I really wanted to have commented was Midway. And guess what? It's the one and only episode in the whole box set that has no commentary, no Making-Of, nothing. Zip. Nada. The most popular episode of the whole season and there are no specials to it. Figures X(
A very interesting interview with Jason Momoa. The parts I adored:
- "I’d love to work with Flanigan for the rest of my life. He’s great."
- "It’s funny, because I wanted to put in a scene in where I punch Joe [Flanigan] in the face, and I asked him - because I live with Joe - “Is it all right if I punch you in the face, bud?” He’s like, “Oh, yeah.” I was like, “C’mon, bud, this will be good.” So we put it in and I just look at him and - POP! - hit him in the face and he goes down. It’s a cool banter we have. In real life, he’s my best friend, he’s someone who you have arguments and you’ll have disagreements and stuff, but ultimately I just respect him as a warrior."
- Q: how would you want to see Ronon go out? Jason Momoa: "A blaze of glory, man. Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, me and Joe, going out. The unspoken word, looking at each other. We’ve had it happen this year, we do one where we look at each other and he’s like, “We’re going to die. It’s an honour,” and I’m like, “Same.” It’s unspoken and you’re going out with your buddy, firing."
He must be a really quirky guy ;P
