I decided to take my mum to the movies this weekend. And The Mummy: The Tomb of the Dragon Emperor it will be. I mean, my mum hasn't been in the cinema for... Well, the last film that she saw in the cinema was The Mummy Returns so... Yeah XP

Also, I ordered The Mummy (the first movie) and the whole Bourne trilogy on DVDs. Summer sale rocks! And since my birthday is near, my mum decided to pay for it, making it a gift for my birthday! Yay :) She never knows what to give me since I buy everything fannish that I want myself and most of it is in English which she doesn't speak, the poor thing.

I just LOVE the Bourne trilogy. I would never tire of watching them! The behind-the-scene for Bourne Ultimatum is awesome. They showed Matt doing some of the stunts himself and He. Is. So. Cool :)

We wanted to watch The Mummy for the past two weekends but couldn't get the tickets! Hopefully we'd be able to watch it soon.

I saw the third part of Bourne in the cinema and it was awesome! And even though I know that The Mummy won't be the same with the cast changes, I think it might be still interesting - Brendan Fraser rocks my socks! :)

I didn't like the third movie as much as the other two, but it was still very enjoyable. Just be prepared to see a very different Evie. ^_~

I know that this movie will be different and I decided to view it as a stand-alone thing and not as a third part of a trilogy, with all the cast/setting changes and other things. But I'm mostly interested in the dynamics between father and son here :)

I must warn you ...do not take your mom on third mummy it is....crap...worth of cheap DVD. It has nothing common with the charm and adventurous appearing of the previous mummies. Safe your money...and if you go ... please tell me your reaction.I am curious :)

I already clicked through the movie on my comp. And I quite liked what I saw. Sure, it's different, with the characters/cast/ages/setting changes but it still has Brendan Fraser and that's a huge plus in my opinion :) I think it's better to watch it as a stand-alone thingy :)

I usually have to see the movie first before buying it on DVD. And it's awesome to watch the action/special effects on a big screen!
