I thought I would have a conniption when I stumbled across this spoiler for NCIS *hyperventilates*

They can't do that again! First Kate, then Jethro leaving and now this? "CBS and Paramount declined comment, but sources confirm to me exclusively that a major castmember — a series regular — is on the way out." Please, not Gibbs or Tony, the rest I wouldn't mind that much though it would still make me sad. The only one that I really wouldn't miss would be Jenny. I do like her, especially since S4, but I could live without her just fine. But please, not Tony or Gibbs *crosses fingers*

or Abby!!! and yeah my mom and I were talking about it last night and saying we wouldn't mind if it were Jenny...but loosing Tony, Gibbs, Abby, or even McGee would be sad...there's some discussion on it being Ducky due to both his age and the long commute...I also wouldn't mind loosing Palmer

I like the ensemble as it is but I think that Jenny's story with the Frog really dragged out long enough already. I really wouldn't mind losing her as long as it doesn't change the team dynamics too much with a new director :(

There was something in TV Guide this week that made it sound like it was gonna be Abby, but I've seen more folks saying they want it to be Jenny. Then again, they did say actor, not actress, so...

In Hollywood they no longer use the term actress, it's either male actor or female actor, or just plain actor. PC-ness abounds in Hollywood.

I'm hoping that it won't be Tony or Gibbs because some people in that thread said that they read some recent interviews with those two actors and they both said that they are looking forward to work on NCIS for some years yet so... *crosses fingers*

Well, the end of Tuesday night's episode alluded that someone, as in either Jethro or (as Jethro assumes) Jenny, is suffering from an affliction of some sort. If I remember correctly, the medical condition is one that wouldn't afflict one of the younger members. Ducky clearly stated it wasn't himself but someone else at NCIS that is dear to him.

I know that it makes me sound bad but I do hope it's Jenny. Though on the other hand, it might be misleading, like what they did in the 2nd season when Kate died in the last 5 secs of the season's finale *bites fingernails*
