Ficlet: In Vivid Detail - Riptide

They consider him a geek and Murray really doesn't mind. That way, they at least don't suspect anything…

Murray turns on the little TV in his room and leaning back in his chair, he props his feet on the table. The screen flickers for a moment and the picture is grainy – Murray will have to work on that – but he can still see what's going on in vivid detail.

Nick and Cody are naked, kneeling on the bed. Cody is behind his friend, thrusting gently into his body, hugging him tight to his chest as Nick leans his head back on his lover's shoulder.

Murray licks his lips and feels himself harden. It's Cody's turn to top, how interesting. It must be the scare they had today, the assassin pointing his gun at Nick, squeezing the trigger, only to have his gun misfire on him. Cody was pretty shaken by the whole thing. And when Cody is rattled, he tops, reinforcing his relationship with his lover, touching, kissing, making sure that Nick is still in one piece, that they are both still here…

It's interesting to figure out these small things, to find out what makes Murray's partners tick. They think that he's working on a science project of some sort, surely boring stuff in their opinion. It's good that they don't know that his little pet project, the thing that keeps him up late and shut up in his office, that it's them, naked and sweaty and aroused, making love and having hard, dirty sex or just lying in each other's arms…

On the screen, Nick covers Cody's hands with one of his, then raises the other to bury it into his lover's thick blond hair while Cody nibbles on Nick's neck from behind, moving his hips gently.

Opening the zipper of his jeans, Murray reaches into his boxers and watches…

OMG!! This brought back memories. Nick and Cody--one of my fav couple of TV crushes from high school. Riptide was the last thing I expected to see when I logged in this morning. I think my brain imploded *giggles* I still see this two guys around on occassion and the first thing I think of is Riptide when I see either one.

BTW loved the story--well done! I wish I'd known what slash was back then I probably would have been slashing these two. *hee*
