Hardcastle & McCormick

Lately, I've been watching the old TV show Hardcastle & McCormick. Oh my, the good old days when TPTBs didn't feel the need to stuff TV shows with young busty women. I love the relationship between the judge Milton Hardcastle and the ex-convict Mark McCormick. They bicker but Hardcastle loves McCormick like a son. They are so incredibly funny together. It's one of those feel!good shows, you know? No heavy plot lines, no arcs just fun! :)

Supernatural gen fic rec:
"Plantae" by minkmix. Sam comes home from school. That's basically the whole story. Sam comes home and dad's gone again and there is only Dean. Some readers found this story funny. I didn't. Just the opposite. The whole setting... it just reeks of despair and sadness and hopelessness. It's a very good ficlet though!
