I decided to sit down and do something about the Gorgeous Carat story that's been sitting on my HDD for more than two years now. But, gosh, it's 9 pages Times News Roman size 10! Where did THAT come from? *gulps*
How do you actually rate books when you, you know, have to rate books? Since I opened a GR account, I actually think about it because I hate it when people underrate or overrate books (or when the authors themselves review their books with 5 stars ratings like for example Laura Baumbach on Amazon *rolls eyes*). And so I came up with this scale...
* I didn't like the book at all.
** It had some good points but the rest was all meh!
*** It was a good book but it was enough for me to read it once.
**** It was a good book, I own it and I re-read parts of it that I found like awesome!
***** Awesome, amazing stuff! Books that I own and wouldn't sell or give away. Books that I re-read once or more times from cover to cover.
*nods* Yup, that's about it.
Currently reading? "Moonshine" by Rob Thurman.
I think I'm like falling under the spell of due South fanfics. There are some amazing authors out there! *bouncy*
