Okay, according to this blog the whole LJ situation is much worse than we think (thank you for the link, suzvoy!). Holy cow!

I think I'm falling in love with due South once more. Thanks to the audiofics that are being posted by zabira in the podslash comm, I'm beginning to see the appeal of the Fraser/RayK pairing (at first, I was a Fraser/RayV shipper!). But now... I especially love stories that are set after the show's ending because this series had the slashiest ending ever! *g*

You know, I loved RayV because he was so incredibly protective of Fraser. It was very touching. With RayK the dynamics changed - Fraser was very protective of RayK. Both of the Rays were great but the question is... Which one of them did you like better?

And lets assume that Fraser and RayK became lovers after the show ended - I mean, come on, it was pretty obvious. Even the actors joked about it in the blooper! :D So, who would be the Top?

Oh man, I loved RayV SO MUCH...I was so upset when I heard he wasn't going to be in season three. But I gave it a shot...

...and I loved RayK even MORE. No one was more surprised than me :D :D

They're both awesome, for completely different reasons. But given the choice, I prefer RayK. But I'd prefer not to choose at all.

I loved RayV to pieces... but to be honest, I just couldn't see him in a slash relationship. He was an amazing big brother to Fraser but there just wasn't the spark between them. They had a very close, cozy, warm relationship. Like real brothers.

With RayK... Huzzah! The sparks flew. I mean, did you see the blooper? How they made fun of doing the dirty and fucking like bunnies? :D And the ending killed me dead. Fraser, Ray and the plains of Canada. Wow! Talk about slash :D That was as slashy as Jim and Blair living together in The Sentinel.

And btw, I love your icon! :))

That's a great description! I *loved* the Fraser/RayV relationship, but I didn't slash them at ALL. I didn't even think about it.

Like I said to Kati, LJ hasn't been under Brad's control since he sold it to SixApart. I expect it'll be around even after Brad is gone. I doubt Brad would leave if he thought LJ was doomed. It's his baby.

Unfortunately, it's not just about that. It's about their whole attitude towards their customers. As I said to michalyn, I will stay with LJ until it keels over and dies a pitiful death, but it still makes me sad. It's so similar to what's happening to MediaMax... I just hate to see what the new management did to what used to be great and useful places :(

I had a reply to this, but I realize that all the doom-saying I've seen the last few days is wearing me down, and I'm finding it harder to care. I should probably go on hiatus until people are talking about something else.

I never thought Streamload was very good with customer service. MediaMax has sucked, but Streamload wasn't great, either.

I admit I only watched four episodes total, all of them with RayK, so I have a hard time imagining Fraser with anyone else. Especially considering the ending. Seriously. Rode off into the sunset.
