tolakasa and she writes amazing fics that mostly concentrate on Dean. I would especially recommend her psychic!Dean story "Undertow" and its sequels "Cold Fire", "Breathe and "Ghost in the Ruins". I warn you though, have a hankie ready. From the beginning, this story has a sad undertone and the ending will make you cry even though it's not entirely unhappy.
