Okay, I get that some people are spoiler-phobes. I really do. But when someone posts a spoiler in a comment to a comm entry, writes a frigging BIG SPOILER in the comment, leaves spoiler space and white-colors the text too so that you have to highlight the frigging thing to see it and the spoiler-phobes still complain because they "accidentally" highlighted it...! That's ridiculous. Well, I would say that they can go and bite themselves in the ass, really! *huffs*

Yay, Jared Padalecki will play the painter Thomas Kinkade!. I love Kinkade's pictures. They make me feel squishy warm. I want to buy some puzzles with his pics. And I hate it when someone calls them kitsch! Why? Because you actually know what's on the pic and it's not just a big white square where you're not sure if it's an actual pic or the painter simply displays an empty canvas? Yeah, maybe I'm shallow after all but I like to know what I'm looking at!

Yes, said girl demanded that the one who posted the original entry writes an ETA that would warn that there are spoilers in the comments and complained that now she is totally spoiled etc. etc. Blah!

I thought to work too but then decided against it. It's the freaking Eastern! When else should one take a day off? :)

Word, both on the spoiler front and about the art. I get that being surprised is fun, but when you complain that someone wrote a fanfic with a spoiler, well, I've got news: Titanic sinks in the end.

I was talking about art with my grandma yesterday (this being relevant, as granny is a professional painter) and we came to the conclusion that art is a/ the idea, b/ the skill, c/ execution. Modern art seems to be a/ idea, b/ marketing. Which doesn't appeal to me at all.
