Supernatural: 2x16 Roadkill
Mar. 16th, 2007 05:12 pmIt was so good to see a new ep of SPN again!
Outsider POV in a TV format was great! I loved that some scenes didn't quite make any sense when you didn't know what's going on from the boys' side.
Tricia Helfer was actually really good here. I don't like her as the peroxide blondie in Galactica but I liked her a lot here. But gah, she must have been freezing in her outfit. I mean, January in Vancouver!
Dean was so snarky and Sam so goody goody again :D I loved all the snippets between them like Dean calling Sam "a walking encyclopedia of weirdness". I bet that this'll be iconized all over :D The Haley Osment and J. Love Hewitt was quite funny too :D
And Dan Gauthier! Not as pretty as he used to be (he played McKay in Tour of Duty) but still quite the handsome guy, don't you think?
Unfortunately, I spoiled myself for what Molly was so it wasn't a surprise for me. But the ending was still really well done. All the back-story cut in flashes to see the whole thing from the Winchester's POV. The best scene was, IMO, the "Dean, I don't think that she knows she's dead" one. The boys looked so spooked :D
A great, fantastic episode. One more next week and then another three-week-long hiatus. Shoot :(
