What the heck is wrong with Amazon? I ordered some things and for 4 days now, they have been sitting in the "shipping soon" category and I received the "we are sorry, there will be some delay" message. Now I can't cancel the stuff, change it or do anything with it at all! I'm mighty pissed here!

And that's not all. While I was ordering stuff, more than once I received the "we are sorry, there has been a mistake" sorta screen. Or the screen was blank, with only the top tabs and the bottom tabs showing, so I had to refresh and refresh, until it came back! Oh, and the fact that when you click on a book that's marked as being "in stock" you receive the "we are sorry, this item is sold out" message or something like that... And the cherry on top? I ordered four books 4-for-3 and they didn't deduct one so I had to write them and ask them to do something about it!

Is it because Christmas is just around the corner or are they going bankrupt or something?

Crap like that has been happening a lot lately. I put 7 volumes of manga in my shopping cart the other day, all of which said were "in stock." But the estimated shipping date wasn't until Decemeber. I had to remove two of them before the shipping date changed to next week. It's false advertising, I tell you.

I also had a problem with the 4-for-3 sale, although I didn't know it. I got an email from them saying they realized their mistake and they credited my card for the price of one of the books.

It's becoming a pain to order from them anymore.

I think I will wait a week and see if they send it or not. Then I will contact the help and ask them what the heck is going on and cancel the order if possible :( That's pissing me off like really much X((

I'm not sure, but I don't think it's because it's christmas in another 2-3 months. I placed an order with them back in July (I think. Might've been August though). At the time, everything was in stock. The first two items, coming through two different small stores/people using Amazon as a middle man came quickly. I got one DVD last week when they decided to ship things seperatly. I'm still waiting on the last two DVDs. Which hopefully will arive sometime before Easter.

Easter? *is scared* If it would be possible to cancel the order, I would do it. But since it's in the "shipping soon" phase, I can't do anything about it. And that's what makes me really annoyed :(

Easter is me being a bit cynical.
But I can understand. While I might have the option of cancelling the last of my order, I can never find copies of them in stores. Nor do I trust eBay when it comes to DVDs since no one really bothers menitoning the regional coding there.
