Parcels, parcels!

All the parcels that were under way have now arrived! So now, I'm the proud owner of the manga xxxHolic 1-7, Little Butterfly 1-3 and God Child aka Count Cain 1-13! *swoons*

And it wouldn't be me if I didn't order something else immediately:
You Higuri's "Gorgeous Carat Galaxy"
Makoto Tateno's "Yellow 4"
and Chigusa Kawai's "La Esperanca 1"

I've waited for this last volume of Gorgeous Carat for ages and ages. I pre-ordered it but it should've been published today, so I hope they will send it soon. And I'm really curious about La Esperanca! I love manga where the m/m relationship is just hinted at and not plastered all over. Yeah, it's great to read a graphic manga from time to time but I like the ploty and angsty ones better :)

And please, can I marry my fan? *izhot!*

i've just finished (last week) La Esperanca 3, and it is still so adorably sweet with its mild angst tossed in there. georges and robert's relationship continues to grow and seems to be more in 3, but robert is uncovering a lot of hidden trauma, and georges seems to be not only the one triggering it, but the one to calm his troubled soul.

*sigh* i've yet to pick up gorgeous carat. i've seen scans of it before, but just haven't gone out and bought the darn thing! sheesh!

yellow 4 just melted me! so good! and now, my angst has ended for those two.

little butterfly 3 is out? hmmm... i'll have to check my amazon acct to see if it's shipped yet or what's the deal with the hold up on it. but yeah, little butterfly just rocks!

Gorgeous Carat rocks my world! That was the very first manga I've ever ordered and I never regretted it.

And I bought the German version of Little Butterfly since in Germany, a lot of the manga I like are already out. But they are twice as expensive for me too :( But I've lucked out since my friend went there for a business trip and so she bought it there for me :) Just like Kaori Yuki's God Child.

Do you maybe have a wish-list with the manga you want to buy? These are just a couple of the ones I want to buy:

Also, I've just started watching Mirage of Blaze - I have almost all the episodes plus two of the OVAs - and I'm loving it. I'm also trying to brace myself for some bad things to happen, but hey, that's anime for you; you have to be always ready *g*

I can assure you that nothing bad will happen in the anime :) The manga is another thing that's why I would never buy it even if it came out in English. I like it when my heroes survive >.
