I read that interview online. It made me so ridiculously happy. I am glad that Sir Ian and Sir Patrick are going to be continue to have a part to play in the X-men franchise!

My favorite relationships in the X-Men movies include Charles: Charles & Erik, Charles & Raven, Charles & Hank, Charles & Logan... so the more Charles the merrier. Professor X fascinates me to no end, being the most powerful telepath ever. He could rule the world if he wanted to, the only thing that stops him from doing it are his own morals...

I've always found Charles to be an interesting character (both the movie version and the comics version,) but I admit that I really adore James' take on the character.

I sometimes wonder what would have happened if Erik and Charles had been born with each others' powers. What if Erik had been the powerful telepath? I could only imagine the destruction he would have wrought.
