Well, that was pretty shitty. Pardon my French. But it dragged on and on and on! There were MINUTES of nothing but the Master laughing and laughing and laughing. They could've cut a good half of it and it would've gone much smoother and livelier. The last 30 minutes were awesome. The previous 90+? Good grief! I think it was high time that RTD left the franchise because that was painful to watch.
The Doctor's regeneration was really sad. All the people he visited, all the friends he helped before it was time to leave. That was really heartbreaking. In the end, I fell in love with 10 and David Tennant's portrayal of the character. Luckily, there are many DW tie-in novels so I can spend time with him to my heart's content WITHOUT needing to suffer RTD's writing.
Now, I'm all done with 9 and 10. And I can finally go over to 11. My precious, precious 11. And the Ponds :)
