Unlocking Sherlock
Dec. 30th, 2013 08:59 pmSo, I got my hands on the Unlocking Sherlock documentary and it's fantastic. You learn what inspired Moffat and Gatiss and thanks to that, so many things make sense now. Awesome. It also made me want to watch all the other versions of Sherlock Holmes out there. If you get the chance to see it - it should air on Jan. 12 but it's already out there if you know where to look - do watch it. It's so good.

I love Moffat's writing, be it on Doctor Who or Sherlock, and I love his acerbic sense of humor. And if you don't, quell your need to tell me, please, I'm so not interested in your bashing.

A posh young man with an outrageous sense of entitlement, solving crimes with his adrenaline junkie mate.
Sherlock Holmes doesn't need another brain, he needs the most reliable, competent, dependable human being in the world and in the judgment of a genius, that's what Dr. Watson is.
Doctor Watson is, of all the people Sherlock Holmes ever met, this is the one he chose to rely on.
