The Hobbit: The Battle of Five Armies

( I have so many Bilbo & Thorin and Legolas & Thranduil feelings right now! Like SO MANY, I'm literally bursting with them! Their respective scenes gave me ALL the FEELS! Like, ALL OF THEM! Mwah! \o/ )

I'm very happy with this film. Thumbs up from me!

Oh, and did you hear? The director's cut will be over 30 minutes longer!

Pushing Daisies S1

Well. To be honest, if Lee Pace weren't in it, I wouldn't bother with the show - but then, I suffered through worse for my favorite actors. I like quirky series - hello, The Middleman - but Pushing Daisies...?

I really like Emmerson, but Olive and sometimes even Chuck rub me wrong, especially their absolute inability and unwillingness to respect other people's privacy and decisions. I mean, just how many problems did Chuck already cause because she refused to listen when they asked her to do something? But I'm not a fan of Anna Friel, haven't been since Bathory or maybe even before, so I admit that my dislike of the actress is probably coloring my opinion of the character.

My favorite part? Emmerson dry comments on everything. They're hilarious. My least favorite part? The introduction of the sewer guy. Why? Just... why?
