This is, hands down, one of the best fics in the XMFC fandom. You just have to love this Charles and Erik and the whole gang. It made me all squeaky with joy when I found out it was turned into a podfic and by such an amazing reader like aethel too!

You know, at first I watched this show because of Pete and Myka. But now? It's all CLAUDIA! CLAUDIA! CLAUDIA! for me. Man, she's rockin' awesome. All the female characters in this show rock. But especially Claudia. And her relationship with Steve gives me fuzzy warm feelings, especially since it's not sexual, what with Steve being gay. Those two... I hope the show ends - one day, that is - with Claudia becoming a regent and a warehouse ward, with Steve as her right hand, that would render them both basically immortal!
